1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

  • Products must be returned in resalable condition, unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., engraved night lights).

  • Items marked as “final sale” or clearance products.

  • Opened or used products (unless defective).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at ok@smartwearllc.com with your:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if the item is defective or damaged).

  2. Our team will respond within 1โ€“2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial within 5 business days.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3โ€“7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • For exchanges (e.g., replacing a defective spotlight), we will ship the new product once the return is confirmed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-responsible returns: If you return an item for non-defective reasons (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Free returns: If the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.

5. Exceptions

  • No refunds are issued for items returned after 30 days, used products without defects, or missing parts.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
