1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

Products must be returned in resalable condition, unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Non-returnable items:

Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., engraved night lights).

Items marked as “final sale” or clearance products.

Opened or used products (unless defective).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Photos (if the item is defective or damaged).

Our team will respond within 1โ2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial within 5 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3โ7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

For exchanges (e.g., replacing a defective spotlight), we will ship the new product once the return is confirmed.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer-responsible returns: If you return an item for non-defective reasons (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Free returns: If the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.
5. Exceptions

No refunds are issued for items returned after 30 days, used products without defects, or missing parts.
